  • The sausage is made from 100% streaky pork, which is of fat-and thin ratio of 3:7. 
  • Since it is gently air-dried, it makes the meat in moderate hardness.
  • Adding white wine which makes the sausage of faint bouquet, sweet and salty.

  • Ingredients: Pork, Edible Pig Protein Casing, White Wine, White Sugar, Salt, Preservative (E250)
  • (The factory that produces this food also handles gluten-containing mites, crustaceans, eggs, fish, soybeans, milk, nuts and their products.)
  • Note: This product is normal when showing white oil due to temperature changes.
  • Note: If it is to be consumed more than 2 weeks after opening, it is better to store it in the refrigerator (0 - 8 °C).
